Make this easy, cute, and yummy snowman cheeseball appetizer for your upcoming holiday gatherings! You'll need: 2 8 oz blocks of cream cheese at room temp 3 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese at room temp 1 oz package ranch seasoning mix 1 1/2 cups finely shredded jack cheese 1 baby carrot whole peppercorns Directions: Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese & ranch seasoning mix. Divide mixture and form 1 smaller ball for head and 1 larger for body. Transfer to two different sheets of plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
