Adorable appetizer



Make this easy, cute, and yummy snowman cheeseball appetizer for your upcoming holiday gatherings!

You'll need:
2 8 oz blocks of cream cheese at room temp
3 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese at room temp
1 oz package ranch seasoning mix
1 1/2 cups finely shredded jack cheese
1 baby carrot
whole peppercorns

Directions: 
Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese & ranch seasoning mix. Divide mixture and form 1 smaller ball for head and 1 larger for body. Transfer to two different sheets of plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Before serving, press shredded jack cheese onto balls, place on serving plate and set smaller ball on top for head. Use peppercorns and carrot to make eyes, mouth, buttons, and nose. Serve with crackers.
